TOLLIE'S RIVER CRUISE
A 1.5 hour boat trip on the Berg River makes for a pleasant way to spot the 30 000 birds such as flamingoes, pelicans, spoonbills, and herons in the area. Take a picnic on board or open a bottle of bubbly and enjoy a pleasant guided trip led by Captain Tollie Bezuidenhout. Charlie's Brewery is also in the marina and you can enjoy a lunch and a beer (or two) after you have completed the river cruise. Along the river banks you will see the local fishermen making their living off the local harders, which they dry into bokkoms.
